Teamleader acquires software company Yadera: "a perfect match"

Today, we are proud: proud to announce that the Belgian software company Yadera is now under the wings of Teamleader! With this acquisition, we welcome a fine team with outstanding software into our Teamleader family.

Since 2012, we have been committed to simplifying the work of small and medium-sized companies. This acquisition strengthens the position of Teamleader as the all-in-one solution for SMEs.

"A perfect match"

The current Teamleader offering - a simple tool that combines CRM, project management and invoicing - is aimed at small service companies, such as construction professionals and a wide range of agencies. Yadera's software describes itself as 'Professional Services Automation' and simplifies the daily work of medium-sized companies, such as creative agencies, marketing agencies, consultancy and IT companies. A great combination!

Our CEO, Jeroen De Wit, agrees: "Teamleader and Yadera are the perfect match. By joining forces, Teamleader becomes the logical choice for anyone who wants to improve their daily workflow. This will simplify the work of even more entrepreneurs."

In addition, we are also pleased that we can now grow with customers who are expanding their business and getting bigger. In the past, this sometimes meant that Teamleader was no longer the right solution for their company. Now, with Yadera, we can also support them in that phase of their growth.

Our new colleagues from Yadera are also enthusiastic: "In 2014, Sammy Colson and I founded Yadera. Both software tools now are under the wings of Teamleader, but will continue to exist side by side. Customers of both Teamleader and Yadera will be able to continue using the product as they know it, so they don't have to worry about this acquisition. On the contrary, both Teamleader and Yadera customers will truly prosper thanks to the combined knowledge and expertise of both companies.

Continuous investment in product

"We also continue to invest heavily in improvements and new features in our software", concludes Jeroen. "You've probably noticed that we've launched a lot of improvements lately. Just think of the new Pipeline view for deals, the profit margin on projects and numerous mobile updates. That machine keeps running at full speed, tirelessly. You can expect updates on Projects, Tasks and Deals in the coming weeks."

In the meantime, we are working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth integration of the Teamleader and Yadera teams. This promises to be an exciting period.
